What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are 10 am-6 pm.
Tours for the 2021 Fall and Winter seasons are available daily.

What Days of the week are you open?
We are open every day of the week, except for major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc). (If you would like to book a custom flight on a holiday please email info@atomichelicopters.com for more information.)
Are you open on weekends?
Yes, we are open on Saturdays and Sundays.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, we are open year-round!
do you offer flights outside of your normal hours of operation?
Yes! We offer flights outside of our normal hours of operation. For flights operating between 6:01 pm-9:59 am, is will be a one-time $200 after-hours surcharge added to the flight balance.
What is your weather policy?
Atomic Helicopters operates rain or shine. If there are low clouds and/or high winds we will contact you to reschedule your flight or give you a full refund.
Can we still fly if it is raining?
Yes, the beautiful city of Seattle and the rest of the Pacific Northwest are no strangers to light rain. Your flight will not be canceled due to rain. However, if there are low clouds and/or high winds we will contact you to reschedule your flight or provide you a full refund.
What is your CANCELLATION policy?
All flights are nonrefundable except in the case of inclement weather. If we have to cancel your flight due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund within 2-7 business days.
Is there an age limit to fly with Atomic Helicopters?
We have no age limit, guests of all ages are welcome! (10% off your next tour if your ID shows you are older than our oldest guest who was born in 1924!)
I am pregnant or someone in my group is pregnant, can I/they fly?
Yes! We recommend that pregnant women check with their doctor prior to booking a flight with us but due to the lowers altitudes of our flights we do not have any restrictions.
What tours do you offer?
We offer several different tour options: City, Lake Washington, Falls, and Mountain, ranging from 15-20 minutes up to an hour. For more information on our route and rates click here to see our tours page. Yes!
What are the rates for tours?
Rates for our tours are per passenger plus tax and vary depending on the tour, for exact rates click here to be directed to our tour page.
How many passengers can ride in the Helicopter per tour?
We can accommodate up to 6 passengers per time slot. Our Airbus H-130 Helicopter can accommodate 2-6 passengers per flight. Single riders please call for availability. Our Tours are not private unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer charter flights?
Yes, we do offer charter flights. If you would like to book or get a quote for a charter flight please email info@atomichelicopters.com for more information.
Do you offer wedding/ENGAGEMENT/PHOTOSHOOTS?
Yes, we do offer our helicopter services for wedding, engagement, and photoshoot flights. If you would like more information please email info@atomichelicopters.com for more information.
How do I book a flight with Atomic helicopters?

Do you have a weight limit?
The maximum weight limit per person is 300 lbs. / 136 kilos / 21 stone. Guests exceeding the weight limit will be required to purchase an additional comfort seat. The 6-passenger weight limit may not exceed 1,240 lbs. per helicopter and may be less depending on departure location and tour/charter tour. Guests with inaccurately stated weights may be canceled with no refund.
