Our Helicopter
Our state-of-the-art Airbus H130 helicopter can accommodate up to 5 passengers, providing plenty of room for the couple, a photographer, and/or members of the wedding party. Enjoy a luxurious and comfortable flight as you celebrate your special day.

If your chosen venue isn't on the list, don't worry! We can potentially land at other venues with their permission. Please have your venue reach out to us to discuss the possibility of a helicopter landing on-site.
Washington State is home to many stunning National and State parks, forest lands, and protected areas, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. However, due to their protected status, we are unable to offer landings in these locations. We recommend exploring our beautiful excursion options and popular destinations for an unforgettable experience.
Charter Rates
Helicopter Flight Time: $2,900 + applicable tax per flight hour
Pilot Standby Time: $350 + applicable tax per hour
After-Hours Surcharge: $500 + applicable tax per flight (applies to flights operating before Noon or after 6:00 PM)
A 1-hour minimum flight charge applies to all charter bookings. Flight time is billed from the helicopter's departure from Boeing Field until its return to Boeing Field. Any flight time beyond the minimum is billed on a prorated basis.
Pilot standby charges apply whenever our crew is required to remain away from headquarters between flight segments. In accordance with our safety policy, all flights are conducted during daylight hours only.
